Submitting a request through our platform doesn't mean you're approved, or that any lender is obligated to make you an offer. Every lending decision — approval, rate, term, structure — is made independently by the lender you're matched with, under their own underwriting standards and the laws that govern them.
We're a lead generator, not the decision-maker. We may share your request with participating lending partners, and we may be compensated by those partners for that referral. We do not charge an application fee.
